Hair & Lash Services Terms & Policies

These terms apply to hair and lash service appointments booked with 1st Lady House of Style™.

The 1st Lady Install™

The 1st Lady Install™ is a professional bundle installation service. Hair is purchased separately through 1st Lady House of Style™ and must be paid in full before it is ordered.

Please schedule your appointment at least 2 weeks in advance to allow time for hair ordering, shipping, delivery, receipt, and inspection before your installation appointment.

Service price: $175
Booking deposit: $50
Remaining balance: $125
Appointment time: 3 hours

Hair must be received and inspected prior to the scheduled installation. Appointment location details will be provided before the confirmed service date.

Lash Services

Current lash services may include Luxury Underlash™ Installation, Lash Removal, and Lash Removal + New Installation. Service pricing and appointment length are shown at the time of booking.

Clients should arrive with the eye area clean and free of makeup, oils, and residue unless otherwise instructed. Lash services should not be performed when the eye area is irritated, injured, or showing signs of infection.

Deposits, Balances & Booking

Any required booking deposit is applied toward the scheduled service. Hair purchases are separate from service deposits and must be paid according to the product order terms.

Changes & Cancellations

Please provide at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate booking information, following preparation instructions, arriving on time, and communicating relevant concerns before service. Service results may vary based on hair, skin, natural lashes, prior services, aftercare, and other individual factors.

By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to the applicable service terms, payment requirements, scheduling requirements, preparation instructions, and appointment policies listed above.
